Qualifications

Most people undertaking this particular qualification have either secure jobs or are seeking jobs to earn extra money. 

This course provides the opportunity to seek work within the following industries:
Night clubs, major hotels, restaurants, cafes, bar/cocktail attendants, ships and airlines, gaming/casino areas. 

What you will learn in this course

The course aims to give you knowledge and skills required to work in most areas of Hospitality. The training Package THH02 requires the completion of five (5) core units and six (6) elective units, with at least four (4) from one or more of the functional areas of the Hospitality Training Package.

THHBFB09B Provide responsible service of alcohol
THHBFB00B Clean and tidy bar areas
THHBFB01B Operate a bar
THHGFA01B Process financial transactions
THHBFB04B Provide table service of alcoholic beverages
THHADG03B Provide responsible gambling services

Learn with hands-on experience

The elective units have been specially selected to provide hands-on practical experience in learning new skills for example: cocktail making. Make your own unique cocktail as you gain new skills - show your style at bar flaring.

Build Blend Shake and Stir

You may already have some skills and experience that will give you a head start through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) - see below.
